Zenith – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

All registrations must be paid in full at the time of booking. The registration fee includes conference materials, lunch, and refreshments. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. If payment is not completed, Zenith reserves the right to cancel the registration.

Delegate Substitution

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate at any time by notifying Zenith in writing prior to the event.

Cancellation by Delegates

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the event, you will receive a credit note for 90% of the registration fee, valid for any Zenith event within 12 months. A 10% administration fee will be retained.
• No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

Event Cancellation or Postponement by Zenith

• If Zenith cancels an event, participants will receive a full credit note (100%) equal to the registration fee, valid for another Zenith event within 12 months.
• If Zenith postpones an event and you are unable to attend on the revised date, you will receive a 100% credit note to use for another mutually agreed Zenith event within 12 months.
• Zenith will not be liable for any other costs incurred (for example travel or accommodation).

Force Majeure

Zenith is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, extreme weather, or other emergencies). In such cases, Zenith’s liability is limited to the credit note policy outlined above.

Program Changes

Although speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publication, circumstances beyond the organizers’ control may require changes to speakers, topics, or schedules. Zenith reserves the right to make such adjustments without liability. Updates will be posted on our website as soon as possible.

Discount Policy

• Early Bird discounts are only valid if payment is completed in full before the advertised deadline.
• Group or promotional discounts offered by Zenith also require full payment at the time of registration.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
