PREAMBLE

Zenith-Energie International s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Zenith-Energie”) is a Business Intelligence and Event Management company specializing in the organization of international business summits, forums, conferences, exhibitions, and professional training events.
These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relations, event registrations, services, and transactions between Zenith-Energie and its clients, sponsors, speakers, suppliers, or delegates.

GENERAL ARTICLES

Article 1 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • All agreements and activities of Zenith-Energie are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  • The Municipal Court in Prague shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
  • Zenith-Energie reserves the right, at its discretion, to submit disputes to the courts in the jurisdiction of the client’s registered office.
 
Article 2 – Scope of Business Activities
  • Zenith-Energie operates as a business intelligence provider, offering insights, data analysis, and industry research in areas such as banking, finance, energy, technology, and sustainability.
  • The company also plans, produces, and manages international conferences, workshops, corporate trainings, and digital events.
  • Services include market intelligence, event logistics, sponsorship management, strategic partnerships, and content production.
 
Article 3 – Contract Formation

A valid contract between Zenith-Energie and the client is established upon:

  • Submission of a signed registration form or service order; or
  • Written confirmation of participation via email or other verifiable electronic communication
  • The contract becomes binding upon acceptance by Zenith-Energie and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Article 4 – Payment Terms
  • All fees must be paid within five (5) business days of the invoice date.
  • Full payment must be received at least ten (10) business days before the event date.
  • Zenith-Energie reserves the right to refuse event access or cancel participation for non-payment.
  • Late payments are subject to interest as per Czech Civil Code §1970.

 

Article 5 – Taxes

All prices quoted by Zenith-Energie are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, withholding duties, or bank transfer fees.

 

Article 6 – Cancellation by Participant
  • Upon registration, a 50% cancellation liability applies immediately.
  • Cancellations made after full payment must be received in writing at least 10 business days before the event.
  • Eligible cancellations will receive an 80% credit note, valid for 12 months toward any Zenith-Energie event.

 

Article 7 – Substitution Policy

Delegate substitutions are allowed at no additional cost, provided written notice is submitted at least 10 business days before the event.

 

Article 8 – Cancellation or Postponement by Zenith-Energie
  • If Zenith-Energie cancels or postpones an event, clients are entitled to a 100% refund or equivalent credit.
  • Zenith-Energie shall not be liable for travel, accommodation, or incidental costs resulting from such changes.
  • The company reserves the right to change venue, speakers, or dates due to circumstances beyond its control.

 

Article 9 – Force Majeure

Zenith-Energie shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

 

Article 10 – Intellectual Property and Copyright
  • All event content, presentations, reports, and materials are the intellectual property of Zenith-Energie or its respective contributors.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • Intellectual property rights are governed by Act No. 121/2000 Coll. (Copyright Act) of the Czech Republic.

 

Article 11 – Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance
  • Zenith-Energie collects and processes personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
  • Data is used solely for administrative, contractual, and marketing purposes related to the company’s services.
  • Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time via info@ zenith-conferences.com.
  • Zenith-Energie does not share data with third parties without consent.
 
Article 12 – Business Communication Consent

By registering for any Zenith-Energie event, you consent to receive relevant communications, newsletters, and future event invitations.
You may opt out at any time.

 

Article 13 – Sponsorship and Partnership Policy
  • Sponsorship agreements are binding once confirmed in writing or signed by both parties.
  • Sponsor benefits, logos, and placement follow the terms specified in the individual sponsorship contract.
  • Zenith-Energie reserves the right to decline or terminate sponsorship that conflicts with ethical or legal standards.

 

Article 14 – Speaker and Agenda Changes

Zenith-Energie strives to ensure all speakers and sessions are confirmed; however, content changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Substitution of speakers or topic adjustments do not constitute grounds for refund.

 

Article 15 – Limitation of Liability
  • Zenith-Energie’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific event or service.
  • The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including lost profits or opportunities.

 

Article 16 – Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged under this agreement as confidential and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

 
Article 17 – Use of Logos and Trademarks

Clients, sponsors, and partners authorize Zenith-Energie to use their logos, company names, or trade marks for event promotion and documentation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Article 18 – Media and Photography Consent

By attending a Zenith-Energie event, participants consent to photo, video, and audio recordings for marketing and archival purposes.
Requests for exclusion must be made in writing prior to the event.

 

Article 19 – Subcontracting

Zenith-Energie may employ external vendors, production teams, or consultants to execute parts of its services while maintaining full responsibility for contractual performance.

 

Article 20 – Insurance and Risk

Clients are responsible for their own travel, health, and property insurance. Zenith-Energie shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events.

 

Article 21 – Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably and in writing.
If no resolution is achieved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the Czech Arbitration Court in Prague, in accordance with Czech procedural law.

 

Article 22 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

Article 23 – Amendments

Zenith-Energie reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be published on the company website and will take effect upon posting.

 

Article 24 – Language

These Terms and Conditions are issued in English for international convenience. In case of legal interpretation, the Czech version shall prevail.

 

Article 25 – Acceptance

By submitting a registration form, payment, or partnership confirmation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Article 26 – Final Provisions

Zenith-Energie International s.r.o. acts in good faith, maintaining the highest professional, ethical, and business intelligence standards in all operations and global partnerships.
